Truths & Myths About Breast Cancer
Aim of activity
The aim of this activity is to provide an introduction which will make students aware of what they already may or may not know about breast cancer. This activity will also dispel any common myths which the students may be aware of and let them know the facts.
Background information
There are many rumours and controversial theories as to what causes breast cancer, how to diagnose it and how to treat it. It is very difficult to know what to think or what to believe.
