Breast Cancer Foundation of Western Australia

How you can help

Subiaco Football Club is Breast Aware!

The Subiaco Football Club is a proud supporter of the Breast Cancer Foundation of Western Australia.

Subiaco Football Club held it’s inaugural Purple Bra Day game on 13th June 2009 and proved a huge success both on and off the ground for the Club and BCFWA.  It was so well received that the Club was keen to be involved again in 2010, and held their second Purple Bra game on Sunday 13 June 2010.

Shelley Taylor-Smith told her story, as well as Rob Forrest's Mum Rhonda who has gone through her own journey with breast cancer.

Our sincere thanks goes to all of the players and staff at Subiaco Football Club who have got behind our cause and supported BCFWA throughout 2009 and 2010.

The Club have also been a great support when BCFWA needs some "man power".  The whole squad turned up at the Claremont Showgrounds on Sunday 25 April 2010 to set up the tables and chairs for the 2010 Celebration of Women Long Table Lunch which was a HUGE help.

Some of the players were also involved as models at the 2010 Everywoman Expo.

Thanks to Subiaco Football Club for their ongoing support, it's great to have you on board.
