Write your Will for free online
We’ve partnered with Everywill to help you write your Will online. This is a free service, with no obligation to donate to Breast Cancer Care WA.

Breast Cancer Care WA exists because of the generosity of people like you. Every gift of every size makes a difference. A legacy gift to BCCWA helps us to continue to offer the free support every West Australian facing breast cancer needs.
Including a gift in your Will, also known as a bequest or legacy gift, is a deeply personal act, but it is also simple – it is a matter of deciding which of your values you want to see reflected in the world.
Our wonderful team at Breast Cancer Care WA provides specialist breast care nursing, mental health and practical support, education, and financial assistance to our clients and their partners and families.
All of our services are completely free of charge and personalised to meet the needs of each individual, from diagnosis, through treatment and beyond.
A legacy gift to BCCWA is a gift of hope to people diagnosed with breast cancer, and a promise of help for however long we may be needed.

Legacy gifts can be specific amounts of money or assets, a percentage of or the remainder of your estate after taking care of loved ones, or your entire estate.
Here is some suggested wording to include a gift to BCCWA in your Will:
“I give [here state the amount / percentage or share/ residue or assets to be gifted] free of all duties and taxes, to BREAST CANCER CARE WA LTD (ACN 694 617 073) to be used for its general purposes, and I declare that an authorised receipt from BCCWA shall be sufficient discharge of this gift.”
We encourage you to seek independent legal advice when making or amending your will.

Bequests are the most special of gifts. Knowing that someone has taken the time to think about how they can support an organisation beyond their lifetime is an incredibly meaningful gesture indicative of great thoughtfulness and kindness.
Including a gift in your Will is a personal decision that takes time, thought and planning. We are honoured you are considering a gift to BCCWA, and we promise to treat all discussions and enquiries with respect and confidentiality.
