Living well after early breast cancer

Helping you adjust to life after active treatment for early-stage breast cancer

Workshops

Mindfulness-based interventions have been shown to improve cognitive function, decrease psychological distress including anxiety and depression, decrease fear of recurrence, fatigue, sleep disturbances, pain, and treatment-induced menopausal symptoms. Mindfulness is a skill anyone can learn, and the benefits come from repeated practice.

This evidence-based, 6 week group program has been designed to help you rebuild confidence, manage fears, side effects and support healing after treatment.

Sessions include mindfulness, education, reflection, and discussion.

It can help you to:

  • manage post-treatment symptoms more effectively
  • feel empowered to adopt healthy lifestyle choices
  • improve your overall wellbeing.
